How do I restore my purchases?
Open the Team Select screen, tap a locked team to open its purchase sheet, then tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so they restore on any device signed in with it.
Which teams are free?
Ashen Order and Crimson Host are free. Brass Company, Stonehold Clans, Warbound Horde and Jade Cloister are one-time purchases, or you can buy the All 4 Teams bundle. You never need to own a team to play against it.
How does online play work?
Online matches are asynchronous and use Game Center. Sign in to Game Center in Settings, start a match, take your turn, and you will be notified when your opponent has moved.
How do I undo a move?
Tap the action wheel to take back your last action before you end your turn.
I was charged but my team is locked.
Tap Restore Purchases on the purchase sheet. If that does not help, email me with your order number from Apple's receipt and I will help. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
